REPAIR TURNAROUND
Our average repair turnaround is 3 (three) working days. The repair turnaround is calculated based on the time your equipment is within our facility and excludes the time in transits and waiting period time for parts availability.
WARRANTIES
We are highly confident on our repair workmanships. CSE provides a 6 (six) months limited labor warranty on all equipment repairs. This cover all hardware related repairs on LCD Screens, Touchscreens, hard drivers, and component level repairs. This warranty covers 100% of labor provided by CSE for identical labor to the repair originally performed. This warranty excludes software related repairs and items which are subject to wear and tear.
EXPEDITIOUS PROCESS
CSE eliminates the use of RMA number to reduce the repair lead time. Simply include your business card and problem description with your equipment. Our employee will contact you as soon as your equipment reaches our location to perform the required paperwork.
SHIPPING DAMAGE RETURNS
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please initiate a return authorization request within 3 business days after receipt of the package. Do not alter any of the product and packaging, it must be in the same condition as it was received to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded. After we are able to properly establish that the product was damaged during shipping, CSE will replace damaged parts free of charge.
